Language models in your organization.

What we set up stays in your hands. Even without us.

ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude are already in the building, and their agents act in your name — without anyone having decided how far. We help you understand these tools, then put in place what serves you, on your premises, in your files and on your machines.

Book a 30-minute call

Half your team already pastes documents into a chat window. Your CRM vendor added a model last quarter. And agents no longer just answer: they read your shared files, draft emails, propose changes. Nobody can say where the data goes, or what these tools can do in your name.

Four steps. Start with the one that fits.

Learn

Workshop. Language models at work.

A half day or a full day, up to twelve people, on your own documents. You leave with one page of house rules, written in the room.

2,000 CAD half day · 3,300 CAD full day

Map

The map. What is connected to what.

Two weeks after the agreed start date: the map of every place a model or an agent touches your systems — what goes in, what comes out, what it can do in your name — and the risks in order, with your compliance obligations in view (Quebec's Law 25, for example).

From 4,500 CAD · fixed price · map in hand in two weeks

Install

An assistant, a knowledge base — or an agent, with its limit.

An assistant installed on your premises, connected only to what you agreed in writing. A knowledge base in plain text files that are yours — the next model will read the same files. Or an agent that goes further — reading, drafting, proposing — and stops exactly where you have drawn the line, in writing.

In the making · three pilot organizations at a reduced price, in exchange for your feedback · price in writing after the call

Maintain

Maintenance. Staying current.

The tools change every quarter. Each month we bring your rules, your map and your setup up to date. Stop whenever you like.

In the making · three pilot organizations at a reduced price · monthly, three-month minimum

What we install, concretely.

A knowledge base, in your organization, is a folder of text files. No proprietary software, no sync service, no account with us.

Plain-text files, readable by a human.
Every document, every note, every decision is an ordinary text file. You open it with any editor, today and in twenty years.
A complete history.
The folder is versioned with git, the tool that tracks the code of most of the world's software. Every change is dated and attributed, and can be undone. You know who changed what, human or agent.
One page of rules for the agents.
A single file, AGENTS.md, tells agents how to file, link and check your documents. Claude, ChatGPT, a local model: whichever you choose reads the same rules. Switching models does not mean starting over.
Each department sees only what it is allowed to see.
The knowledge base is split into compartments, one per department, each in its own repository. Each person talks to the agent for their clearance, and that agent can only open the folders it is cleared for. It is not the agent holding back: the operating system and the git server refuse. Even the copy on an employee's laptop holds only their compartments. And when a management summary needs to go down to a team, a person rewrites it, never an agent.
Your question passes through places you control, all but one, and we name it.
The conversation is end-to-end encrypted from the phone to your server, through a relay you host. Today, two third parties see content, and we name them: the gateway and the model provider. The provider receives only the excerpts one question needs, never your whole document store. For sensitive departments, a model on your own hardware, and nothing leaves (in preparation).

Our own knowledge base has run this way since the start of the year; the compartments, on a first server since October.

What stays with you the day you stop.

A subscription should hold because it is useful, not because leaving is expensive.

The one-page rules
What is allowed and what is not.
The map
Every tool, what goes in, what comes out.
Your files and your keys
In your name from day one. The next model will read the same files.

How it starts.

  1. A 30-minute call. You tell us what is connected today, and what worries you.
  2. We tell you whether we can help, and what it costs. In writing, before we start.
  3. We work together. Every step ends with a document that belongs to you.
