# noopsys

> Consulting, training and implementation company focused on language models in organizations: we train teams, map what is connected to what, then set up assistants and knowledge bases on the client's own files and machines, and maintain them monthly. What we set up stays in their hands. Behind the offer: thirty years of software (Rails in production since 2005) and written, argued outside opinions for boards and funders. ## What we do

- Language models and their agents in the organization (our main trade): a workshop with house rules written in the room, a map of what is connected to what — including what acts in the client's name, with the client's compliance obligations in view (Quebec's Law 25, for example) — an assistant or a knowledge base on the client's own machines and files, monthly maintenance.
- Your software (our credibility base): a review of the application an organization runs on, whatever it is built with; upgrades and rescues for Rails applications; oversight of a vendor's work.
- Your decisions (our credibility base): a written, argued outside opinion where technology and the numbers meet. Decision session, due diligence for a board or a funder, weekly advisory, coaching.

## How to engage

- First step: a free 30-minute call, then a written price within 24 business hours.
- Prices are public, in CAD, the same in both languages, taxes extra: workshop 2,000 (half day) or 3,300 (full day); review 4,500 fixed, report in hand two weeks after the agreed start; decision session 600; due diligence 4,500; coaching 800 a month (three-month minimum); advisory retainer 2,000 a month, on-call from 800 a month; fractional CTO from 7,500 a month, about a day a week, in the team and in the decisions (three-month minimum). The assistant, the knowledge base, the agent and their maintenance are in the making: three pilot organizations at a reduced price, in exchange for the client's feedback, priced in writing after a call.
